Yes. The invoice, estimate and receipt generators are free with no limits, no sign-up and no watermark. Paid plans add sending, online payments, reminders and recurring invoices.

Do I need an account to make an invoice?

No. Open the invoice generator, fill it in and download your PDF. Your draft is saved in your browser on this device. Create an account when you want to send invoices and keep records in the cloud.

Can I add my logo and brand colour?

Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG logo, choose a design (three are free, all 48 come with Pro) and pick an accent colour, or enter your own hex value.

How do clients pay me?

On Pro and Business, every invoice you send includes a secure Pay button. Clients can pay by card or bank transfer, and the payment is recorded against the invoice automatically.

Which currencies and taxes are supported?
